Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Engineer Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core and cloud technologies. The candidate must have strong expertise in architecture design, microservices, REST APIs, and Azure cloud solutions.

The role involves technical leadership, solution architecture, code quality governance, and Agile delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core

- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and distributed microservices

- Define overall system design and cloud architecture strategies

- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction to development teams

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices

- Design and manage applications on Microsoft Azure (Mandatory)

- Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and release management

- Optimize database design and performance using SQL Server

- Provide guidance on cloud migration and modernization initiatives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environment

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers

- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance standards

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, Microservices

- Hands-on with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Storage, API Management, Azure DevOps)

- Experience with MAUI for cross-platform development

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database optimization

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, YAML pipelines

- Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, event-driven architecture

- Exposure to AWS (good to have)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience leading technical teams or acting as an architect

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
