Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the AePS platform, ensuring its smooth operation and adherence to regulatory guidelines for the benefit of end-users.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintaining platform stability and minimizing downtime for our customers.

- Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary measures to protect the platform from fraud and vulnerabilities, safeguarding user data and financial transactions.

- Analyze transaction data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, optimizing platform performance and enhancing user experience for all stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures, and training materials, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistent service delivery for internal teams and partners.

- Stay updated with the latest AePS regulations, industry best practices, and technological advancements, providing recommendations for platform enhancements and ensuring compliance for the company.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize AePS platforms, ensuring compliance with NPCI guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Proven expertise in troubleshooting technical issues, conducting security audits, and implementing fraud prevention measures within the AePS ecosystem.

- Strong analytical skills to analyze transaction data, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights for platform improvement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
