Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AEM Sites Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

The role involves leading AEM implementation projects, defining technical architecture, ensuring best practices, and managing cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM Sites development, component architecture, integrations, and performance optimization, along with the ability to collaborate with business, UX, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-performing web solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites projects.

- Design and develop reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and content structures.

- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices for AEM implementations.

- Work with business and UX teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain OSGi services, Sling Models, Servlets, and workflows.

- Integrate AEM with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services.

- Ensure performance optimization, caching strategies, and security best practices.

- Support AEM deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.

- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of overall experience in web development and digital platforms.

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

- Strong expertise in AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and content authoring models.

- Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
