AEM QA Engineer Playwright & API Automation!

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled AEM QA Engineer who will work as an Individual Contributor and be responsible for end-to-end testing of AEM-based applications, along with Web and API automation. The candidate should have strong fundamentals in testing methodologies and be willing to upskill in emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

AEM QA Responsibilities (Primary Focus) :

- Validate AEM components, templates, and content structures.

- Test AEM authoring workflows and publishing processes.

- Perform publish validation and content verification.

- Conduct integration testing between AEM and external systems.

- Ensure functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of AEM applications.

- Act as an Individual Contributor for all AEM-related QA activities.

Web Automation (Playwright with TypeScript) :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.

- Execute regression and functional automation suites.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure test coverage.

- Candidates with basic to moderate Playwright experience can be considered.

API Automation (BDD Cucumber with Java & Rest Assured) :

- Design and execute API automation test cases.

- Implement BDD framework using Cucumber.

- Validate REST APIs using Rest Assured.

- Candidates with basic to moderate API automation experience can be considered.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and testing concepts.

- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
