We are looking for an experienced AEM Forms Architect who can design, develop, and lead enterprise-level Adaptive Forms implementations. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise along with architectural and team leadership capabilities.

Experience Required :

- 12+ years overall experience

- 8+ years of relevant experience in AEM

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AEM Adaptive Forms solutions

- Build and integrate Form Data Models with backend systems

- Optimize form performance using features like Lazy Loading and Fragments

- Develop backend components using Java, Servlets, OSGi/Felix, Apache Sling

- Work with JCR/CRX, Maven, and ensure code quality standards

- Develop and debug frontend components using JavaScript (ES6), JSON, and REST APIs

- Ensure scalable, reusable, and high-performance implementations

- Lead and mentor the technical team

- Participate across SDLC phases

Mandatory Skills : AEM Adaptive Forms, strong AEM backend Java, REST APIs, modern JavaScript, performance optimization.
