Role Overview :

We are looking for an AEM-EDS Consultant with experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Edge Delivery Services (EDS). The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, content teams, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into effective digital experience solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user experience goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Adobe Experience Manager Edge Delivery Services implementations.

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, content teams, designers, developers, and delivery teams.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements.

- Support solution planning and implementation of AEM-EDS capabilities in line with business and user experience objectives.

- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, coordinate sprint planning, and track functional deliverables.

- Coordinate content migration, content authoring workflows, and related digital experience requirements.

- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement workshops, and solution reviews to ensure clarity and alignment.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate solutions against business requirements, and manage defect resolution.

- Identify gaps between business expectations and implemented solutions and recommend appropriate improvements.

- Support implementation planning, release coordination, documentation, and post-deployment activities.

- Monitor project progress, manage functional dependencies, and communicate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 - 7 years of experience in functional consulting, business analysis, or digital experience implementation.

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferably AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS).

- Understanding of content management systems, digital experience platforms, and content publishing workflows.

- Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Hands-on experience with backlog management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional delivery teams.

- Experience coordinating UAT, managing defects, and validating solutions against business requirements.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
