AEM Developer Lead/Architect - Java

Description :

- Lead end-to-end AEM solution architecture (HLD, LLD, design decisions)

- Design and develop AEM-based enterprise applications

- Build and manage AEM components, templates, workflows, and services

- Develop and integrate backend services using Java (Spring Boot / REST APIs)

- Implement AEM Dispatcher, caching strategies, and performance tuning

- Drive AEM Cloud (AEMaaCS) or AEM 6.5 implementations

- Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and business teams

- Ensure code quality, scalability, and security best practices

- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership

Required Skills :

AEM Core :

- Deep knowledge of :

1. OSGi

2. Apache Sling

3. JCR (Java Content Repository)

- Experience in :

i. AEM Components, Templates, Workflows

ii. Dispatcher configuration & caching

Backend Java (Must Have) :

- Strong proficiency in Core Java + Spring Boot

- Experience with :

a. RESTful APIs

b. Microservices architecture

c. Integration with external systems
