Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying digital experiences using AEM and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

- Work on both frontend (UI development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and backend (OSGi, Sling, JCR, workflows, services).

- Develop custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.

- Integrate AEM with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, CRM, DAM, etc.).

- Ensure responsive, accessible, and scalable UI development using best practices.

- Manage AEM assets, authoring, and publishing workflows.

- Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and security issues in AEM applications.

- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x/Cloud Service).

- Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, including OSGi, Sling, and JCR.

- Experience developing custom AEM components, templates, and workflows.

- Proficiency in frontend technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React/Angular (preferred).

- Good understanding of Java/J2EE, Servlets, JSP, and RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with Maven, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of dispatcher, caching, and performance optimization.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Good to Have :

- Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Sites Developer certification.

- Experience with cloud deployment (Adobe Cloud Manager, AWS, Azure).

- Exposure to Headless AEM, GraphQL, and SPA frameworks.
