Advantmed - Technical Lead - Full Stack Solutions

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and lead a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to deliver complex solutions while mentoring and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

- Take ownership of technical delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes.

- Design and develop backend and full-stack solutions using .NET (C# / .NET Core), GraphQL with Cosmos DB, and ReactJS.

- Architect and deploy solutions on Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Implement RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and scalable system designs.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.

- Drive Agile/Scrum processes and lead sprints effectively.

- Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack/backend development.

- Proven people management experience, including mentoring and team leadership.

- Expertise in .NET (C# / .NET Core), GraphQL with Cosmos DB, and ReactJS.

- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).

- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks.

- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience leading Agile teams.

- Ability to take ownership and accountability for technical delivery and team outcomes.

Nice to Have :

- Performance optimization and advanced debugging expertise.

- Exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.

- Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub portfolio.

- Knowledge of security best practices in web development.

- Familiarity with UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards.

- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer).

- Experience with system monitoring and observability tools.

- PMP or Agile certification.
