Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, administer, and optimize Workday Learning modules, including learning catalogs, courses, learning programs, and content management.

- Design and implement learning paths, blended learning programs, compliance training, and certification processes.

- Manage learning content uploads, version control, and integration with external learning content providers and third-party platforms.

- Collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D), HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective learning solutions.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to track learning completion, compliance status, and program effectiveness.

- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, go-live activities, and ongoing system enhancements.

- Provide end-user and administrator training, troubleshooting support, and guidance on Workday Learning best practices.

- Maintain learning workflows, business processes, and security configurations in line with organizational requirements.

- Ensure learning processes align with business objectives, compliance standards, and Workday best practices.

- Identify opportunities to improve learning operations, user experience, and system efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Learning.

- Strong understanding of learning catalogs, courses, learning programs, learning paths, and content management.

- Experience with compliance training, certification tracking, and blended learning programs.

- Knowledge of learning content loading, versioning, and third-party content integrations.

- Experience creating Workday reports, dashboards, and learning analytics.

- Understanding of Workday business processes, security, and functional configuration.

- Experience supporting testing, UAT, deployments, production issues, and system enhancements.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Workday HCM and related HR modules.

- Exposure to external learning platforms and content providers.

- Experience supporting Workday Learning implementations, rollouts, or optimization projects.

- Knowledge of HR and L&D processes, compliance requirements, and learning technology best practices.

- Workday Learning certification is an advantage.
