Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules to meet business requirements.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.

- Configure Core HCM, business processes, supervisory organizations, and security roles.

- Support modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent Management.

- Support Workday integrations, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), and data migration activities.

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support, enhancements, and issue resolution.

- Perform unit testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing for Workday changes.

- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve HR processes and system efficiency.

- Support Workday releases, system updates, and ongoing optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementation, configuration, or support.

- Strong knowledge of Core HCM, business processes, supervisory organizations, and Workday security.

- Familiarity with Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent Management modules.

- Understanding of Workday integrations, EIBs, and data migration processes.

- Experience with functional testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.

- Ability to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and prepare functional documentation.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working on end-to-end Workday HCM implementation or enhancement projects.

- Exposure to Workday release management and feature updates.

- Experience supporting HR transformation or process-improvement initiatives.

- Workday certifications in relevant HCM modules are an advantage.
