Role Overview :

As a PowerApps Developer at AdroitXRM, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative PowerApps solutions that address complex business challenges for our clients. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional and user-friendly applications. Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to streamline processes, improve data visibility, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom PowerApps applications to meet specific business requirements, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

- Integrate PowerApps with various data sources, including SharePoint, SQL Server, and other cloud-based platforms, to provide seamless data access.

- Automate business processes using Power Automate, creating workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PowerApps applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing PowerApps applications, addressing user issues and implementing enhancements.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex PowerApps applications, including canvas apps and model-driven apps.

- Proven expertise in using Power Automate to create automated workflows and integrate with various systems.

- Strong understanding of data modeling and database concepts, with experience in working with data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dataverse.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience working in a remote environment, demonstrating self-discipline and effective communication skills.

- 5 -10 years of experience in PowerApps and Power Automate development.
