About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to join our Digital Experience team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), customer data management, real-time customer profiles, data ingestion, segmentation, and activation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable customer experience solutions using Adobe Experience Platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized and data-driven digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

- Configure and manage customer data ingestion from multiple online and offline sources.

- Build and maintain Real-Time Customer Profiles.

- Develop customer segmentation and audience activation strategies.

- Configure data ingestion pipelines using batch and streaming methods.

- Implement identity resolution and customer profile stitching.

- Design and manage Adobe Experience Platform schemas using XDM (Experience Data Model).

- Develop and optimize data workflows for customer data integration.

- Integrate Adobe Experience Platform with Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party applications.

- Build reusable components and scalable data models.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand personalization and marketing requirements.

- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and implementation guides.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.

- REST APIs, JSON, XML, ETL Processes, Data Mapping, API Integrations, Third-party Marketing Platforms.

4. Programming Skills:
