We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Analytics & Tealium Developer with strong hands-on development experience and expertise in digital analytics implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming skills, practical experience with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, Tealium implementation, Web SDK, and modern web tracking architectures.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and marketing teams to design, develop, implement, and optimize analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.

The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end analytics implementations, troubleshooting tracking issues, and communicating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Adobe Analytics Implementation :

- Design, develop, and maintain Adobe Analytics implementations across web and digital platforms.

- Configure and implement tracking solutions using Adobe Launch / Adobe Tags.

- Develop custom tracking scripts, event tracking, and data layer implementations.

- Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analytics governance.

Tealium Development & Tag Management :

- Implement and manage Tealium iQ Tag Management solutions.

- Configure tags, triggers, variables, extensions, and data mappings within Tealium.

- Develop and maintain server-side and client-side integrations.

- Optimize tag performance and ensure compliance with tracking standards.

Web SDK & Development :

- Work extensively on Adobe Web SDK implementation and integrations.

- Build and customize JavaScript-based tracking solutions for websites and applications.

- Integrate analytics solutions with APIs, web applications, and marketing platforms.

- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers for seamless implementation.

Programming & Technical Development :

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for analytics implementations.

- Debug tracking issues, browser inconsistencies, and SDK-related problems.

- Participate in development activities including code reviews, testing, deployment, and optimization.

- Ensure performance optimization and data quality validation.

Stakeholder & Business Communication :

- Work closely with business, marketing, product, and technical teams to understand tracking requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical analytics solutions.

- Communicate implementation updates, issues, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

- Support analytics reporting and business intelligence initiatives.

Data Validation & Quality Assurance :

- Conduct QA testing using browser debugging tools and analytics validation platforms.

- Monitor analytics health and troubleshoot discrepancies in tracking data.

- Ensure adherence to analytics implementation standards and governance policies.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 5 -10 years of experience in Adobe Analytics, Tealium, and digital analytics implementations.

- Strong development background with hands-on coding expertise.

- Proven experience working with Adobe Web SDK implementations.

- Strong understanding of web technologies and digital data collection frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
