Job Description :



We are looking for a Product Manager who has built and scaled cashback, rewards, and loyalty programs in consumer facing digital products.


You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and discovery to execution and optimization driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.



Job Location : Remote (Anywhere in India)



Shift Timing : 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM IST



Experience : 4 8 Years



Key Responsibilities :



- Own the product vision and roadmap for cashback and loyalty initiatives aligned with business goals.



- Design and optimize cashback mechanics, reward structures, points systems, and redemption journeys.



- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, finance, and partnerships teams to deliver high-impact features.



- Define eligibility rules, accrual logic, expiry policies, and fraud prevention mechanisms.



- Use data and experimentation to improve engagement, repeat usage, and ROI.



- Track and optimize key metrics such as redemption rate, breakage, CAC, retention, repeat purchase rate, and LTV.



- Manage integrations with payment gateways, wallets, merchants, and partner ecosystems.



- Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance.



- Gather customer insights through research, feedback, and analytics to continuously improve the program.



Required Skills & Qualifications :



- 48 years of product management experience managing cashback, rewards, loyalty, or incentives-based products.



- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, gamification, and engagement mechanics.



- Hands-on experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.



- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL / analytics tools / dashboards.



- Experience working with payment systems, offers engines, or rewards platforms.



- Ability to balance customer value with business economics.



- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.



Bonus :



- Experience in FinTech, E-commerce, Marketplaces, or Consumer Apps.



- Familiarity with fraud detection, abuse prevention, and offer optimization.



- Experience scaling loyalty programs to millions of users.
