Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - Backend to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about solving complex engineering challenges, optimizing performance, and working on large-scale distributed architectures.

What Youll Do :

Backend Development :

- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js / Java / Go / Python

- Build high-performance RESTful APIs / gRPC services

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

System Architecture :

- Contribute to distributed and fault-tolerant system design

- Work on high-QPS, low-latency systems

- Participate in architectural decisions (microservices, async processing, event-driven systems)

Performance & Scalability :

- Optimize systems for throughput and latency

- Implement caching strategies (Redis / Memcached)

- Work with rate limiting & performance tuning

Databases & Storage :

- Work with MySQL / Postgres / MongoDB

- Perform data modeling & indexing

- Handle read-heavy / write-heavy workloads

Reliability & Engineering Practices :

- Implement logging & monitoring

- Ensure system reliability and stability

- Follow backend security best practices

Collaboration & Ownership :

- Work closely with product & DevOps teams

- Take ownership of backend modules

- Participate in code reviews

Required Skills :

- 3-5 years of backend engineering experience

- Strong understanding of system design fundamentals

- Hands-on experience with :

- Backend development (Node / Java / Go / Python)

- Caching & performance optimization

- Message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ / SQS)

Solid knowledge of :

- Networking basics

- Concurrency concepts

- Distributed systems fundamentals

- Experience working with production systems

Good to Have :

- Exposure to high-scale systems

- Experience with AdTech / FinTech / real-time platforms

- Familiarity with ClickHouse / BigQuery / Cassandra

- Experience with real-time data pipelines
