AcuCOBOL Developer - Technical Support

Description :

- Provide L2/L3 application support for AcuCOBOL-based systems

- Perform debugging, issue analysis, and root cause identification

- Develop code fixes and minor enhancements

- Work on batch jobs, reports, and database integrations

- Coordinate with functional teams for requirement clarification

- Ensure SLA adherence and timely incident resolution

- Maintain technical documentation

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AcuCOBOL development

- Strong coding and debugging skills in COBOL

- Experience in production support environment

- Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server preferred)

- Understanding of legacy system architecture

- Good communication skills

Preferred :

- Experience in retail/manufacturing domain

- Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA)
