Job Description:

- Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments across development, testing, and production.

- Ensure platform reliability, security, performance, and availability through proactive monitoring and support.

- Implement and enforce platform governance, environment standards, and security policies.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes.

- Automate platform operations, deployments, monitoring, and routine administrative tasks.

- Troubleshoot platform, integration, and performance-related issues.

- Manage user access, security roles, permissions, and compliance requirements.

- Support integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, and shared platform components.

- Coordinate release management, deployment activities, and change implementations.

- Collaborate with developers, architects, business teams, and external stakeholders to support platform enhancements and new implementations.

- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.

- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and operational best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in Finance and Supply Chain Management environments.

- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform administration, environment management, and system operations.

- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

- Understanding of platform governance, security controls, compliance, and change management.

- Experience working with integrations, APIs, and data management concepts.

- Knowledge of user management, role-based access control, and security administration.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with automation tools and an automation-first approach to platform operations.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
