Job Overview :

We are urgently looking for a highly skilled Actimize Developer with strong expertise in Actimize Development, ActOne, and Java Plugin development to support and enhance enterprise-grade financial crime, AML, and risk management platforms.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Actimize solutions while collaborating closely with business, compliance, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

Actimize Application Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and enhance Actimize IFM / CDD / ActOne modules based on business and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain Java Plugins for Actimize frameworks.

- Customize workflows, alerts, scenarios, and rules within Actimize platforms.

- Implement and optimize data models, configurations, and rule logic.

Solution Design & Implementation :

- Translate functional and regulatory requirements into scalable Actimize technical solutions.

- Participate in solution architecture, system design, and impact analysis.

- Ensure seamless integration of Actimize solutions with upstream and downstream systems.

Performance Optimization & Stability :

- Optimize Actimize batch jobs, rules execution, and alert generation for high-volume environments.

- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, application issues, and system failures.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of Actimize applications.

Testing & Deployment :

- Support SIT, UAT, and Production deployments.

- Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and regression test cases.

- Assist in release management, patch upgrades, and version migrations.

Compliance & Regulatory Support :

- Ensure Actimize implementations align with AML, fraud, and regulatory compliance standards.

- Support regulatory audits, validations, and compliance reporting.

- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to fine-tune scenarios and thresholds.

Production Support & Maintenance :

- Provide L2/L3 support for Actimize applications.

- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.

- Monitor batch executions, alerts, and system health.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and compliance stakeholders.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and deployment guides.

- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

5+ years of hands-on experience in Actimize Development

Strong expertise in :

- ActOne

- Java Plugin Development (Mandatory)

- Solid understanding of Actimize frameworks, data models, and rule engines

- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and Unix/Linux commands

- Experience with batch processing and high-volume transaction systems

Domain Knowledge :

Good understanding of :

- AML / Fraud / Financial Crime systems

- Banking and Financial Services domain

- Experience working in regulatory-driven environments is a strong plus

Nice to Have Skills :

- Experience with Actimize IFM, CDD, or other Actimize modules

Exposure to :

- Microservices architecture

- Messaging systems

- ETL or data integration frameworks

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)

Education :

Bachelors or Masters degree in :

- Computer Science

- Information Technology

- Engineering

or equivalent professional experience
