Job Description :

Role : Actimize Developer

Experience : 4-10 Years

Location : Bangalore

Employment Type : Full-Time

Payroll : Direct Payroll with Mphasis

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and support Fircosoft or NICE Actimize solutions.

- Implement and maintain Sanctions Screening, Transaction Screening, and Payment Screening processes.

- Work on Watchlist Filtering, OFAC screening, and AML compliance initiatives.

- Configure screening rules, workflows, alerts, and filtering mechanisms.

- Collaborate with business, compliance, and technology teams to enhance financial crime prevention capabilities.

- Analyze and resolve production issues while ensuring optimal system performance.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills :

- 5-10 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Fircosoft or NICE Actimize.

Hands-on experience in :

1. Sanctions Screening

2. Transaction Screening

3. Payment Screening

4. Watchlist Filtering

5. AML / Financial Crime Compliance

- Good understanding of OFAC, PEP, and sanctions regulations.

- Experience with Java, SQL, Unix/Linux, XML, or APIs is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Compliance domains is preferred.
