Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Actimize professional to join our dynamic team, operating from anywhere in India. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing sophisticated financial crime detection solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, business stakeholders, and global clients to translate complex regulatory requirements into robust technical architectures. By leveraging your deep expertise in NICE Actimize, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our clients' risk management frameworks, ensuring seamless compliance, and driving operational efficiency in an ever-evolving financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and deploy end-to-end NICE Actimize solutions to ensure high-performance monitoring and accurate risk detection for our global financial clients.

- Configure and customize Actimize RCM workflows to align with specific business logic, enabling stakeholders to manage alerts and investigations with greater precision.

- Integrate complex data feeds using SQL and Java-based services to maintain data integrity and ensure real-time processing across all compliance modules.

- Lead the implementation of SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) modules to mitigate financial crime risks and meet stringent regulatory standards.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical oversight during the full software development lifecycle to maintain high code quality and system scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks within the Actimize ecosystem to minimize system downtime and enhance overall platform reliability.

Required Skillset:

- Proven expertise in implementing and managing NICE Actimize platforms, specifically within SAM and CDD environments, with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

- Strong proficiency in Java development and SQL scripting, with the ability to write optimized queries and maintain complex backend integrations.

- Demonstrated ability to translate intricate regulatory requirements into functional technical designs, ensuring that business stakeholders remain informed throughout the development process.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying patterns and optimizing detection logic to reduce false positives.

- Ability to thrive in a remote or distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and clear communication across geographically dispersed teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 - 14 years of relevant professional experience in the financial services or fintech domain.
