Role Overview:

As an Actimize Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining robust financial crime detection solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and global stakeholders, to translate complex regulatory requirements into high-performance technical implementations. Your work will directly impact the integrity of financial operations, ensuring that our clients can effectively mitigate risks, prevent money laundering, and maintain compliance in an increasingly complex global landscape. This role offers the opportunity to influence the architectural direction of our AML platforms while delivering scalable solutions that protect the organization from financial threats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and configure NICE Actimize RCM solutions to streamline alert management and investigation workflows for global compliance teams.

- Develop and optimize complex AML detection scenarios and models to ensure high-accuracy identification of suspicious financial activities.

- Integrate Actimize platforms with diverse enterprise data sources using Java and PL-SQL to maintain seamless data flow and system reliability.

- Automate routine system maintenance and deployment tasks using Unix shell scripting to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual overhead.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and implement performance enhancements that ensure system stability during high-volume processing.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to uphold high standards of technical excellence and maintainable software architecture.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in the end-to-end development and configuration of NICE Actimize RCM and AML modules within large-scale financial environments.

- Strong proficiency in Java development and PL-SQL for building custom extensions and managing complex database interactions.

- Proven ability to navigate and manage Unix-based environments, including writing scripts for process automation and system monitoring.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.

- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across our Hyderabad or Chennai offices.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in financial software development.
