Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Actimize Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Actimize solutions to combat financial crime. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, compliance officers, and other IT professionals to ensure the effective and efficient operation of our anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention systems. Your work will directly contribute to protecting our organization and our customers from financial crime, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the integrity of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Actimize solutions, including Actimize RCM, Actimize SAM, and Actimize CDD, to meet business requirements and regulatory standards.

- Configure and customize Actimize components, such as alerts, scenarios, and workflows, to optimize system performance and accuracy.

- Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.

- Perform unit testing and system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Actimize solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Actimize implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Participate in the design and implementation of data integration processes between Actimize and other systems, such as core banking platforms and data warehouses.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Actimize functionalities and best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Actimize releases, features, and industry trends to continuously improve our AML and fraud prevention capabilities.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement Actimize solutions, including Actimize RCM, Actimize SAM, and Actimize CDD.

- Proven experience in configuring and customizing Actimize components, such as alerts, scenarios, and workflows.

- Strong understanding of AML regulations and compliance requirements.

- Experience with data integration techniques and tools, including ETL processes and database technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Familiarity with SAS CDD, CTRM, or NICE Actimize is a plus.
