Job Title : Actimize Developer / Actimize Platform Engineer

Location : Chennai / Mumbai / Hyderabad

Experience : 2 4 Years

Joining : Immediate to 25 days (Only April joiners preferred)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Actimize Developer / Actimize Platform Engineer with strong hands on experience in NICE Actimize platform installation, configuration, administration, and support. The ideal candidate should also have exposure to DevOps practices and production deployments in enterprise environments.

You will work on critical Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) and AML platforms for a global banking client, supporting application setup, deployments, enhancements, and production stability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain NICE Actimize applications

- Perform platform setup, upgrades, patching, and environment configurations

- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities across environments

- Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for releases

- Manage and troubleshoot Linux/Unix environments

- Handle production support, monitoring, and issue resolution

- Automate deployments and environment tasks using DevOps / automation tools

- Support database activities and application connectivity

- Ensure compliance, documentation, and operational best practices

Required Skills & Experience :

Must Have :

2 to 4 years of hands-on Experience with NICE Actimize platform

Strong experience in :

- Linux / Unix system administration

- Actimize installation, configuration, and administration

- Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts

- Experience with : Git / GitLab / Jenkins

- Application deployments and production support

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL

- Oracle / SQL Server preferred

- Understanding of application monitoring & logging tools

- Strong problem solving and communication skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes

- Automation using Ansible or similar tools

- Exposure to enterprise AML / AFC systems

- DevOps exposure in banking or financial services projects

Mandatory Compliance Requirements :

- Valid UAN and PAN across all previous employments

- No employment with unknown/unregistered payroll companies

- No cash salary history (PF/UAN mandatory from start of career)

- Career gap not exceeding 6 months
