About the Role :

We are hiring a Technical Delivery Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade GenAI applications built on the Azure AI platform. This role combines architecture leadership, solution delivery oversight, and stakeholder coordination - ideal for someone with experience designing and delivering LLM-integrated, data-aware copilots in a large enterprise environment. You will act as the technical backbone of the program, ensuring all components - from data access to orchestration, security, and LLM workflows - are well-architected, aligned, and delivered to plan.

Core Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture :

- Lead the architecture of GenAI systems that integrate enterprise data sources with Azure OpenAI and orchestration frameworks.

- Define scalable, modular solution blueprints using Azure-native tools:

- Azure AI Studio / Foundry, OpenAI, Azure Functions, API Management, App Services, Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Power BI, etc.

- Design and review prompt orchestration, plugin/function calling, and vector search integrations (e.g., Azure AI Search, FAISS).

- Build and integrate AI-driven components, including Agentic AI (AutoGen, LangGraph), RAG pipelines, and LLM capabilities (Open-source and Commercial models).

- Define vector-based data pipelines and integrate vector databases such as FAISS, ChromaDB, or Azure AI Search.

- Lead the implementation of Prompt Engineering strategies to optimize LLM outcomes.

- Architect and deploy scalable, secure solutions on Azure Cloud, using services like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.

Program Leadership :

- Translate business objectives into deliverable AI system components and workstreams.

- Drive backlog prioritization, technical sequencing, and risk mitigation across sprints.

- Own architecture reviews, design sign-offs, security assessments, and go-live readiness.

Delivery Oversight :

- Coordinate activities across AI engineers, data engineers, front-end teams, and infrastructure teams.

- Oversee setup of environments, DevOps pipelines, LLM integrations, telemetry, and rollback strategies.

- Ensure end-to-end integration testing, user acceptance, and deployment.

Security & Compliance :

- Guide secure architecture patterns using Azure AD, RBAC, Managed Identity, and data governance.

- Ensure all data access (Power BI, OLAP, SAP) is scoped via APIs and governed by policy.

Enterprise Data Integration :

- Define how structured data sources (e.g., Power BI datasets, OLAP cubes, SAP views) are abstracted as tools/plugins for LLMs.

- Ensure semantic model alignment, query layer consistency, and caching/performance optimization.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 12+ years in enterprise architecture and technical delivery roles

- Proven experience architecting GenAI systems using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, or Foundry

- Strong understanding of LLM tool/function architectures (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)

- Solid command of :

- Azure Functions / Logic Apps

- API Management

- Power BI Service & XMLA endpoints

- OLAP / DAX / MDX data models

- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional delivery programs

- Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks
