Job Description :

We are seeking a hands-on Celonis Developer to join our Enterprise Process Mining team.

The role involves working on large-scale SAP-driven process mining solutions, supporting both Run & Maintain (BAU) activities and Core Product Development across global enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Celonis EMS/Studio, SQL, and PQL, along with a solid understanding of SAP business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Supply Chain operations.

Please note we are looking for immediate joiners and this is a contract position.

Key Responsibilities :

Run & Maintain (BAU Support) :

- Monitor and ensure smooth execution of data refresh jobs, data model builds, and transformation pipelines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data job failures, model inconsistencies, and dashboard issues.

- Perform root cause analysis for production incidents.

- Support implementation of approved change requests.

- Maintain documentation and understand existing transformations through knowledge transfer.

- Provide technical support to Celonis users and internal teams.

Core Product Development :

- Design and develop Celonis data models, transformations, and data connections.

- Build and enhance dashboards and process intelligence applications.

- Develop SQL and PQL logic for KPIs, metrics, and process flows.

- Work on enterprise-scale process mining solutions across OTC, PTP, and Logistics.

- Support case-centric and Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) implementations.

- Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and reusability of solutions.

- Contribute to global process mining initiatives including logistics and compliance programs.

Key Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS and Celonis Studio.

- Strong SQL and PQL development skills.

- Experience in Celonis data modeling, transformations, and dashboard development.

- Good understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data structures.

- Experience in OTC, PTP, and Supply Chain/Logistics processes.

- Strong understanding of process mining concepts and KPI development.

- Ability to troubleshoot data pipelines, model failures, and dashboard issues.

- Experience in data integration, transformation, and performance optimization.

- Knowledge of SAP event-to-activity derivation and process mapping.

- Exposure to OCPM and case-centric process mining is preferred.

- Understanding of SAP tables for OTC, PTP, and Logistics domains.

- Experience with MICS and compliance KPI reporting is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Profile :

- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, process mining, or SAP analytics roles.

- At least 2+ years of hands-on Celonis development experience preferred.

- Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.

- Strong delivery mindset with focus on quality and scalability.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical process mining solutions
