Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect (Solution Architect) to design, build, and scale advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure cloud services, Databricks, and enterprise system integrations, along with the ability to translate business needs into robust AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Architecture & Design :

- Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures using Azure Cloud services and the Databricks platform

- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) and Oracle databases

AI Solution Development & Delivery :

- Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions from concept to production

- Define and implement AI guardrails (ethical AI, bias mitigation, data privacy, governance)

- Establish evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure model performance, reliability, and business impact

Rapid Prototyping & Innovation :

- Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility and demonstrate value of AI solutions

- Quickly iterate on prototypes and refine solutions based on stakeholder feedback

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives

- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams

- Stay updated with emerging AI trends and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in AI/ML architecture design and deployment

- Hands-on expertise with :

1. Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)

2. Databricks (Spark, ML workflows, Delta Lake)

- Experience integrating AI solutions with :

1. Salesforce (SFDC)

2. Oracle Database systems

- Solid understanding of :

- AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices

- Model evaluation techniques and performance metrics

- Proven ability to develop and deliver rapid POCs

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
