Job Description :

ACL Digital is looking for a Workday Integrations Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday integration technologies. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Workday systems and business processes, along with the ability to work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and support Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, PECI, and PICOF.

- Work on integration requirements and help minimize delivery risks and business disruptions.

- Coordinate defect review meetings during formal testing cycles and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.

- Communicate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management regarding integration issues and progress.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation as per established standards.

- Ensure integration-related issues are tracked and addressed within the required timelines.

- Support business and technical teams throughout integration testing and delivery.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Workday integrations.

- Hands-on experience with EIB, Workday Studio, PECI, and PICOF.

- Good understanding of Workday systems and business processes.

- Experience managing defect reviews during testing cycles.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrate.

- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
