As a Sitecore Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications within the Sitecore Experience Platform. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, including UI/UX designers and backend engineers, to translate business requirements into high-performing digital experiences. Your work will directly impact how our insurance partners interact with our digital ecosystem, ensuring that our web presence remains scalable, secure, and highly responsive to user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable web solutions using Sitecore CMS to ensure seamless content management and delivery for end-users.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications that align with business objectives.

- Optimize website performance and security by implementing best practices in Sitecore development and integration with external APIs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the development lifecycle to maintain high system availability and platform stability.

- Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews to uphold high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Skills required:

- Sitecore, .NET, C#, Azure

- 6+ Years of professional programming experience: Sitecore CMS development Develop and Maintain sitecore CMS solutions

- Customize sitecore pipelines and functionalities

- Work with Sitecore XP/PM platforms: ASP.NET / .NET technologies, CMS customization, API integrations, and Azure cloud deployment

- Excellent OO and design skills

- Familiar with Web technologies like Site Core CMS, C#, ASP.NET MVC/ .NET core, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SiteCore CMS, SXA, ASP

- Experience with Test Driven Development within a continuous Integration environment

- Experience of working in a SAFe/Agile environment will be an added plus.
