1. Solution Design and Architecture :
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Define system architecture and data models ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Select appropriate Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) to align with business processes.

9. Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing :
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, administrators, and junior architects.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and Salesforce best practice training.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
10. Monitoring and Performance Management :
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to identify and resolve system issues.
- Optimize Salesforce applications to ensure peak performance and minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular health checks and maintain technical documentation.
