Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize functionalities within the ACI CMM platform based on business and operational requirements.

- Develop enhancements related to :

1. Merchant onboarding

2. Merchant hierarchy management

3. Terminal management

4. Settlement and reconciliation

5. Fee management

6. Merchant reporting

7. Risk and compliance workflows

- Perform code changes, configuration updates, and system parameterization within the CMM environment.

- Build reusable modules and scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in payment systems development and support.

- Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience on ACI CMM platform.

- Experience in banking, fintech, or payment processing organizations is highly preferred.

- Experience in large-scale acquiring or issuer environments is a strong advantage.

System Integration :

- Integrate ACI CMM with external systems including :

1. Payment switches (e.g., Postilion)

2. Core banking systems (e.g., T24)

3. Middleware platforms (e.g., TIBCO, APIs, ESB)

4. Payment gateways

5. POS management systems

6. Fraud monitoring systems

7. ERP and finance systems

- Develop APIs, batch interfaces, and file-based integrations.

- Support ISO8583-related integrations and acquiring transaction flows.

Database & Backend Development :

- Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects.

- Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and reconciliation support.

- Ensure database performance tuning and optimization.

- Support migration activities, data transformation, and bulk data handling.

- Strong hands-on experience with ACI Card and Merchant Management (CMM) platform.

- Good understanding of :

1. Merchant acquiring domain

2. POS acquiring lifecycle

3. Settlement & reconciliation

4. Card management systems

5. Payment processing ecosystems

- Experience with :

1. Oracle Database / SQL / PL-SQL

2. Cobol / Java / J2EE (preferred)

3. Linux/Unix environments

4. Shell scripting

5. API integrations (REST/SOAP)

6. Batch processing and file handling

- Knowledge of :

1. ISO8583 messaging

2. EMV concepts

3. Payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, etc.)

4. PCI-DSS standards

Functional Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of :

1. Merchant onboarding processes

2. Terminal inventory management

3. Pricing and fee structures

4. Chargeback and dispute management

5. Settlement cycles
