Role Overview

- Design, develop, and maintain workflow-driven applications using Flowable BPM and Java-based backend services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement BPMN workflows using Flowable BPM Engine.

- Develop and maintain process models, forms, decision tables, and case models.

- Configure and customize Flowable components to meet business requirements.

- Build workflow orchestration and automation solutions.

- Develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

- Integrate Flowable workflows with external systems using REST, SOAP, and messaging.

- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of workflow applications.

- Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and production issues.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

- Successful delivery of end-to-end workflow automation solutions.

- Stable and optimized Flowable process implementations.

- Seamless integration with enterprise systems.

- Reduced manual effort through effective workflow orchestration.

- High-quality, maintainable, and reusable process models.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong hands-on experience with Flowable BPM Engine.

- Expertise in BPMN, DMN, and CMMN.

- Strong programming skills in Java 8+.

- Experience developing APIs using Spring Boot.

- Proficiency in REST API development and integration.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture.

- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Understanding of business rules engines and case management concepts.

Preferred Skillsets :

- Experience with message queues and event-driven systems.

- Exposure to containerization and cloud-based deployments.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
