Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership. The role requires a proven ability to lead multiple teams, drive high-impact delivery, and mentor senior engineers, while partnering closely with Product and business stakeholders to execute technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Development :

- Lead, mentor, and inspire multiple engineering teams

- Drive career growth, performance management, and succession planning

- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and high engineering standards

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team scaling for strategic growth

Technical & Delivery Oversight :

- Provide technical guidance, architecture review, and code quality oversight

- Ensure adoption of best practices in software design, testing, security, and CI/CD

- Partner with Tech Leads and Architects on system design and roadmap planning

- Manage delivery timelines, priorities, and dependencies across projects

Strategic & Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with Product, UX, and business teams to define technical strategy

- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership

- Influence technology roadmap and contribute to organizational planning

- Drive continuous improvement in processes, metrics, and delivery excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles

- Proven experience leading large, distributed, or multi-team engineering organizations

- Strong technical foundation across modern stacks (backend, frontend, mobile, cloud)

- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, software lifecycle, and engineering metrics

- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior leadership

Preferred / Nice-to-Have :

- Experience in client-facing or consulting environments

- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable systems

- Background in microservices, mobile applications, or platform engineering

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
