Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who is more than just a developer - someone who can understand business requirements, think from the end-user and business perspective, and design practical Salesforce solutions.

Key Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Working knowledge of Agentforce.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into solution/design approaches.

- Strong solutioning and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably within a small development team with ownership across analysis, design, and development.

- Ability to think proactively about business needs, impacts, and potential solutions.

- Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.

- Salesforce Admin experience
