Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Program / Delivery Manager with strong expertise in program management, service delivery, and product strategy. The role requires a blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and leadership capability to manage complex programs, own delivery outcomes, and drive value for enterprise clients.

As a Delivery Manager / Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-impact portfolio of projects focusing on Application Development, Product Engineering, Data, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. You will own the full delivery lifecycle, manage the Unit's P&L (Profit & Loss), and act as a strategic partner to global stakeholders. This role requires a rare blend of technical depth in modern data stacks (Snowflake, Python) and front-end frameworks (React), coupled with executive-level leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Program & Delivery Management :

- Lead end-to-end program management and delivery of complex, multi-million-dollar programs involving GenAI frameworks and Agentic AI workflows.

- Oversee delivery execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

- Own and manage P&L responsibilities for the delivery unit, including financial performance and cost optimization.

- Define and track program milestones, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.

- Implement robust governance frameworks to manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.

Product & Business Strategy :

- Partner with stakeholders to understand end-customer business problems and translate them into actionable delivery plans.

- Contribute to product strategy and solution alignment to drive measurable business outcomes.

- Provide architectural oversight for projects utilizing Snowflake for data warehousing and React for user-centric AI interfaces.

- Stay at the forefront of AI innovation - guiding teams in implementing Agentic AI (autonomous agents) and LLM-based applications.

- Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into business value.

AI & Advanced Technology Enablement :

- Demonstrate proficiency in Gen AI / Agentic AI concepts.

- Lead or contribute to at least one AI-driven project delivered to an end client.

- Work with modern technology stacks such as .NET, React, Snowflake, or similar contemporary platforms.

Technical & SDLC Expertise :

- Apply strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across IT systems.

- Support technical troubleshooting and guide teams through complex delivery challenges.

- Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership :

- Manage senior client and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and outcomes.

- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams.

- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and new ways of working within delivery execution.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Experience : 12 to 16 years in IT services/consulting, with at least 5 years in Delivery or Program Management role.

AI/ML Expertise : Proven track record in delivering GenAI projects.

- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks is highly preferred.

Tech Stack :

Data :

- Deep understanding of Snowflake, Databricks, Data Architecture & Data Pipelines.

Development :

- Proficiency in .Net/React/Python and a strong grasp of building AI-driven dashboards/apps.

Cloud :

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL are beneficial
