- 6 to 9 years of experience implementing enterprise data or governance platforms
- Hands-on Microsoft Purview experience in production environments
- Multi-platform data source integration experience (Snowflake, AWS S3, SharePoint)
Technical Skills :
- Microsoft Purview configuration (collections, scans, classifications, glossary)
- Snowflake connectivity & scanning configuration
- AWS IAM role setup for S3 access and scanning
- SharePoint Online data source onboarding
- Sensitive Information Types (PII/PHI) configuration
- Lineage configuration and validation
- RBAC, access policies, and metadata security
- Azure services: Azure AD, Key Vault, networking basics
Soft Skills :
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable collaborating with US-based stakeholders
- Strong documentation and runbook creation skills
Nice-to-Have :
- Healthcare / life sciences data platform experience
- GDPR, HIPAA, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 exposure
- Purview REST API usage
- Experience supporting audits using metadata evidence
- Prior experience in global / regulated environments
Key Responsibilities :
1. Configure and manage Microsoft Purview environments and collections
2. Onboard Snowflake, AWS S3, and SharePoint Online data sources
3. Configure and execute automated scans and classifications
4. Implement and validate sensitive data detection (PII/PHI)
5. Configure lineage and validate end-to-end visibility
6. Manage Purview access controls and governance policies
7. Monitor scan performance and resolve operational issues
8. Support compliance evidence generation through metadata
9. Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
10. Collaborate with architects and AI engineers for accelerator integration
