Accion Labs - AI Engineer

Core Responsibilities :

- Implement AI-assisted metadata classification to support identification of sensitive and regulated data

- Develop business context extraction logic to enrich technical metadata with domain meaning

- Support metadata quality monitoring to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and drift

- Assist intelligent search and discovery through metadata enrichment

- Integrate AI-generated insights into Microsoft Purview metadata structures

- Tune AI outputs based on feedback from data owners and governance stakeholders

- Maintain documentation of AI logic, assumptions, and validation outcomes

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 5 years experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or intelligent automation roles

AI & Engineering Skills :

- Hands-on experience with AI or NLP-based classification solutions

- Python-based development for AI workflows

- Experience working with structured and semi-structured data

- REST API integration experience
