Job Description :

We are looking for Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Power Virtual Agents (PVA).

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.

- Build complex topics, actions, workflows, variables, plugins, and custom extensions in Copilot Studio.

- Architect end-to-end Copilot-powered solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder).

- Integrate Copilot solutions with Azure services, API Management, external systems, and enterprise data sources.

- Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), escalation paths, fallback logic, and advanced conversation orchestration.

- Optimize bot performance using analytics, telemetry, usage data, and conversational metrics.

- Develop and review custom connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and integration frameworks.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of total work experience required.

- Min 2 years hands-on in Microsoft Copilot Studio / PVA.

- Strong expertise in Power Platform : Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.

- Solid experience integrating solutions using Azure Integration Services (Azure Functions, APIM, Service Bus, Logic Apps).

- Strong understanding of LLM-driven bots, prompt engineering, generative AI features, and custom plugin design.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Bot Framework (advantageous, not mandatory).

- Ability to design scalable, secure Copilot solutions following center of excellence (CoE) best practices.

- Experience with ALM, Git integration, environment management, and solution deployment in Power Platform.

- Strong communication and client-facing experience for requirement gathering and solution workshops.
