Ab Initio Metadata Hub Specialist

Responsibilities :

- Expertise in Ab Initio Metadata Hub and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

- Prior experience in data lineage projects and writing metadata hub scripts.

- Knowledge of backend database for Metadata Hub and ability to obtain relevant information.

- Break down complex problems and implement timely and effective solutions.

- Identify root causes of issues and manage problems requiring collaboration with others.

- Make sound decisions quickly and evaluate alternative risks and solutions.

- Optimize resource utilization and develop solutions that align with business needs.

- Strong SQL fundamentals and experience in writing SQLs and Stored Procedures.

- End-to-end knowledge of ETL landscape, including source systems, data warehouse, marts, and reporting.

- Excellent understanding of ETL concepts and hands-on experience with Ab Initio ETL Tool (Basic & Advanced).

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

- Familiarity with highly-matrixed organizational structures.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Skills :

- Ab Initio Metadata Hub (Technical Expert).

- Ab Initio ETL.

- Good to have : Python, Base SAS.

Experience :

- 4-6 years of work experience in Ab Initio Metadata Hub.

- 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
