Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of servers, networks, and systems.

The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.

- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT infrastructure.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies through Active Directory and Group Policies.

- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security checks.

- Manage virtualization environments and ensure optimal performance.

- Configure and maintain firewall systems and network security.

- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues in a timely manner.

- Handle high-impact system changes and ensure minimal downtime.

- Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.

- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for infrastructure support and issue resolution.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Windows Server and Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu) administration.

- Proficiency in virtualization platforms and patch management processes.

- Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, ADFS, Proxy and group policies.

- Knowledge of firewall administration, preferably Fortigate.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Ability to handle high-impact changes and complex incident resolutions.

- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
