Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Monitoring Executive with 1 year of experience to monitor applications, servers, and dashboards in real time. The candidate will be responsible for identifying incidents, raising tickets, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor applications, servers, dashboards, and alerts in real time
- Identify incidents, failures, performance degradation, or abnormalities
- Raise tickets and follow incident management procedures
- Escalate issues to relevant teams (L2 / L3 / Infra / Dev)
- Track alerts and ensure proper closure of incidents
- Maintain logs, reports, and monitoring records
- Communicate incidents and updates to stakeholders
- Perform basic health checks and validations
- Ensure SLA compliance and response timelines
Required Skills :
- Basic understanding of IT systems / applications / infrastructure
- Ability to interpret alerts and monitoring tools
- Good analytical and observation skills
- Strong communication & coordination ability
- Knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Jira / etc.) is an advantage
- Ability to work in shifts (247 support environment)
- Problem-solving mindset
Qualification : Any Degree (BSc / BCA / BE / BTech preferred)
