Description :


- Program Manager IT Backend Schemes.

- Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of various OEM, Distributors & Partners sales schemes.

- This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of multiple Schemes from OEM, Distributors & Partners etc.

Requirements :


- Manage OEM, distributor, and partner sales schemes, rebates, and incentive programs.

- Coordinate deal registration with OEMs and distributors.

- Track scheme eligibility, validity, and pay-out status.

- Support front-end sales teams with scheme benefits.

- Maintain scheme documentation and approvals.

- Prepare weekly/monthly scheme performance and pay-out reports.

- Coordinate with finance for claims, credit notes, and reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with OEM program guidelines.

- Visit various locations and make sure the schemes are implemented with clear targets assigned to the Program Manager.

Vendor & Partner Management :


- Manage vendors, SIs, and consultants for implementing the various schemes.

What we Expect from you?


- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

- Masters degree / MBA (IT, Systems, Operations) .

Experience :


- Minimum 3 to 5 years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 1 yr in program management with cloud based Organisation.
