Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end ERP implementation and business process consulting. The ideal candidate should possess excellent functional knowledge of Odoo ERP, be capable of understanding client business requirements, mapping them to Odoo solutions, and successfully delivering implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects across multiple business domains.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and analyze business processes.

- Perform GAP analysis and recommend standard or customized Odoo solutions.

- Configure Odoo functional modules based on business requirements.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Solution Design Documents.

- Collaborate closely with technical developers for customization and integration requirements.

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support deployment activities.

- Provide functional training and user documentation to end users.

- Support data migration, validation, and master data configuration.

- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.

- Ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines.

Required Skills Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.

- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.

- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodology and business process mapping.

Functional Modules Expertise :

- Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), Accounting Finance, HR Payroll, Project Management, Helpdesk.

Preferred Skills :

- Odoo Functional Certification.

- Basic understanding of PostgreSQL, XML, Python, or API integrations.

- Experience working with Odoo Enterprise Edition.

- Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and business analytics.
