- 10+ years of experience in application development with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.

- Proven expertise in building scalable APIs and microservices-based architectures using .NET technologies

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET API Tech Lead with strong experience in designing and building scalable web applications. The role involves leading development teams, driving best practices, and delivering high-performance API solutions using the .NET stack.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of RESTful APIs and backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality through automated testing.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the technical roadmap.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6, and ASP.NET Core.

- Extensive experience in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend development.

- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL databases (SQL Server or similar).

- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and software architecture.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes or AKS.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS (Azure preferred).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in .NET or cloud technologies are a plus.
