Role Overview :

As an API Engineer at Nasugroup, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable APIs that power our core products and services. You will collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-defined API specifications and implement them using .Net technologies. Your work will directly impact the performance, reliability, and security of our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using .Net framework and .Net Core, adhering to industry best practices and security standards.

- Implement microservices architecture patterns to build scalable and resilient applications.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate APIs with user interfaces, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the APIs.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.

- Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues in a timely manner.

- Contribute to the development of API documentation and guidelines.

- Optimize API performance and scalability to meet the growing demands of our platform.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop RESTful APIs using .Net framework and .Net Core.

- Proven experience in implementing microservices architecture patterns.

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with Redux for state management.

- Solid understanding of API security principles and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Skills :

- .Net, Redux

- Amazon API Gateway (Good to have)

- Experience developing serverless and step functions(serverless orchestration)

- Microservice development

- Solid understanding of Redux Toolkit for state management

- Typescript is plus
