Role : Lead Appian Developer As a Lead Appian Developer, you will spearhead initiatives to optimize and expand our use of the Appian platform across various business functions. This leadership role demands a deep understanding of Appians platform capabilities, strategic vision, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive innovation and operational excellence. Responsibilities : - Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based solutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional value. - Lead and mentor teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance optimization. - Develop robust integrations and ensure solutions align with business goals and IT standards. - Hands-on on Appian key capabilities like process modelling, user interface, expressions, plugin analysis, sites, embedded Appian, portals, records (data fabric), SSO/LADP, Admin Console, Logs, etc. - Build demos, PoCs, PoVs for customer stakeholders and internal team on a need basis - Oversee infrastructure setup in case of On-Premises projects. Qualifications : - Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or other related fields. - 4-15 years of experience with Appian (Lead Developer experience is a must), experience in designing and architecting solutions at an enterprise level. - At least 1-2 years of experience in leading a team of developers. - Strong expertise in Appian platform, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JWT). - Preferred: Knowledge in GenAI, AI, RPA, DevOps, and Cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
