Job Summary : We are seeking a Technical Publication Engineer or a Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with XML and Markdown source file formats and expertise in formatted-object processor engines/apps that convert source files (XML, MD, JSON) into various output documents such as PDF, Word, or WebHelp. Experience with Component Content Management Systems (CCMS) and related platforms is highly desirable. You will be instrumental in creating, managing, and publishing technical content within our CCMS platforms, supporting both internal teams and client deliverables while adhering to Cisco-specific workflows and procedures.
