Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically sound Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our core SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and can translate complex business needs into scalable product features. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a product that is reliable, intuitive, and valuable to users. Key Responsibilities : Product Ownership & Roadmapping : - Own and define the product roadmap for the core SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs - Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch improvements Requirement Gathering & Prioritization : - Conduct user interviews, market research, and competitor analysis to define product features and user stories - Translate business needs into detailed PRDs, wireframes, and user journeys Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful feature delivery - Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders Platform Scalability & Architecture : - Work with engineering to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of the SaaS platform - Contribute to architectural decisions when needed, particularly around APIs, integrations, and infrastructure Data-Driven Product Decisions : - Define success metrics and measure product performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude - Analyze feature adoption, retention rates, and usage trends to inform prioritization Customer Advocacy : - Be the voice of the customer internally by identifying pain points and opportunities for product improvement - Maintain relationships with key customers for ongoing feedback and testing Required Technical Skills & Tools : - Product & Collaboration Tools : - JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Notion - Figma, Miro (for wireframing and prototyping) - Productboard, Aha!, or similar roadmapping tools Analytics & Insights : - Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap - SQL for data querying and analysis (basic to intermediate level) - Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI Technical Understanding (must be conversant with) : - RESTful APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth - Cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Microservices, Kubernetes/Docker (working knowledge preferred) - Agile/Scrum product development lifecycle - DevOps CI/CD pipelines (understanding of Git, Jenkins, etc.) Integrations & Ecosystems : - Experience with integrations (CRM, ERP, HRMS, Payment Gateways, etc.) - SaaS platforms with plugin/extension marketplaces is a plus Soft Skills : - Strong communication and storytelling skills - Detail-oriented with strong project management capability - Decision-maker with a bias toward action - Empathetic toward both users and internal teams - Ability to handle ambiguity and drive clarity Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field - 5-10 years of product management experience, with at least 2-3 years in a SaaS or platform environment - Prior experience launching B2B or B2C cloud products at scale - MBA or Product Management certifications are a plus

U2opia Mobile - Product Manager - SaaS Platform (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager - CPaaS to lead the development and scaling of our communications platform offerings, including messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS), voice, email, and real-time APIs. You will be responsible for the product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market, working closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. What You'll Own : Product Strategy & Roadmap : - Align product goals with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes - Define and own the CPaaS product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs - Drive product discovery and development for messaging APIs (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS), voice, email, and video Market & Competitive Research : - Stay up to date with global trends in CPaaS and SaaS - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and differentiation Agile Process Ownership : - Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives - Act as Scrum Master and drive daily stand-ups to keep the team aligned and unblocked Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Serve as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams - Translate business requirements into clear technical briefs for engineering teams - Work with marketing and sales to craft compelling product positioning, GTM strategies, and enablement materials Customer & User Insights : - Conduct user interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions - Use insights to improve onboarding, usability, and feature relevance Product Analytics : - Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel to analyze user behavior - Drive data-informed decision-making for feature iteration and prioritization - Define key metrics, track product performance, and iterate based on customer feedback and data - Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence in messaging and communication services across regions - Lead partner integrations with carriers, OTT channels (Meta, Google), and third-party service providers - Advocate for the voice of the customer through structured feedback loops and engagement Documentation & Enablement : - Create detailed product and API documentation - Prepare internal training materials and customer-facing feature explainers Domain Expertise in CPaaS : - Gain deep understanding of communication technologies like SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, and fallback flows - Collaborate with tech leads to deliver scalable messaging products What You Bring/Key Requirements : - 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS, B2B, or developer tool company - Experience working closely with engineering teams - Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in product analytics tools - Ability to simplify complex problems and build customer-centric solutions - Ownership mindset with a bias for action - Experience working with cloud communications platforms like Twilio, Gupshup, Infobip, or Route Mobile is a plus - Proven ability to define product vision, write product specs, and drive execution - Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus Why Join Us ? - Opportunity to lead product strategy in a high-growth, developer-focused platform - High ownership, zero bureaucracy environment - Work with a global, ambitious, and collaborative team - Shape the future of communication at scale
