Location : Mumbai Type : Permanent We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Data Analyst to partner with our Sales and Marketing teams, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing performance and its impact on sales outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights Responsibilities : - Extract and mine valuable data from multiple sources. - Enhance data collection procedures to ensure all relevant information is included for analytics. - Process, clean, and validate data to maintain integrity and usability. - Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and solutions. - Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance decision-making. - Conduct pre-processing of both structured and unstructured data. - Create compelling visual representations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. - Translate data into meaningful insights for business stakeholders. - Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences effectively. - Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize campaigns and measure impact. - Support business strategy by delivering data-backed recommendations. - Leverage machine learning tools to refine classification and feature selection. Qualifications : - 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst. - Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and other statistical programming languages. - Strong knowledge of statistics (regression, distributions, statistical tests, maximum likelihood estimators). - Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. - Excellent problem-solving aptitude and analytical mindset. - Strong communication skills to convey data-driven insights clearly. - Experience working with data analytical tools and machine learning techniques. - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a relevant field (preferred)
