Job Description : The Simplilearn Design Team is looking for an experienced product designer who is passionate about great UX Design, obsessed with visual persuasion, and lives and dreams user delight. The leader should be able to understand, articulate, and solve user problems, tying them back to the business outcomes. This role is for an exceptional UX designer who will have a hands-on approach towards strategizing, conceptualizing, leading, and delivering design projects across our various products. About the Job : What You Will Do : - Own Simplilearns entire Product UX portfolio. - Ensure world-class design quality and user experience across all of Simplilearns products. - Take a data and design first approach to problem solving. - Maintain the highest standards in UX Design and consistently produce delightful and world-class user experiences consisting of interaction design, visual experiences, as well as micro-interactions. - Work with leadership and stakeholders to understand business objectives and use design first approach while formulating the solution. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive design language system, encompassing color palettes, typography, spacing, iconography, and visual style, to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across all products. - Guide, motivate, and manage team members towards exceptional and on-time design delivery. - Reimagine user experiences as and when new AI technologies emerge. What Youve Done : - 3+ years of experience on consumer products both web and mobile. - Designed and delivered rich product experiences in a fast-paced environment, preferably from a startup background. - Analyzed funnel and engagement data in GA or similar platforms while designing new solutions to iterating on existing features. - Collaborated with cross functional teams and leadership to understand and align to business objectives. - Collaborate deeply with product management, engineering, product marketing teams to ensure pixel perfect ui and successful adoption by users. - User research, UAT, A/B rollouts is a must. Education : - Having a formal design education is a plus but not mandatory.
